1. Acceptance

By accessing BetPick AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where accessing sports betting research is lawful. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

3. Not a Sportsbook

BetPick AI is a research and analytics tool. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or facilitate gambling transactions. All picks, projections, and edges are informational only and do not guarantee outcomes.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. The $29/month plan auto-renews until canceled. The $199 Annual Pass is a one-time charge with no auto-renewal. You can cancel anytime from Settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy of odds, scores, or projections. Past performance does not predict future results.

6. Limitation of Liability

BetPick AI is not liable for any losses, gambling-related or otherwise, arising from use of the Service.
