What is BetPick AI?
BetPick AI is a sports betting research and analytics tool. We provide AI-generated picks, player prop research, live odds, and real-time alerts. We are NOT a sportsbook — no wagering happens in the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → Manage Billing. You'll be redirected to the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel anytime. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
I'm not receiving push notifications.
Open Settings → Send test push. If nothing arrives: (1) confirm notifications are enabled for BetPick AI in your phone's system settings, (2) make sure you're signed in, (3) reinstall the app if the test still fails.
Why do some sport tabs look empty?
Tabs only populate for sports currently in season with live or scheduled games from ESPN. Off-season sports are hidden or show a tooltip with the season range.
How accurate are AI picks?
Every pick shown has a model confidence of 70%+. Confidence is not a guarantee — sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Use picks as one input among many in your research.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, preferences, and saved data. Subscriptions must be canceled separately first.
